Return and Refund Policy
At Ximizone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns:You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@ximizone.com or call us at 0000-XIMIZONE (000000000) to request a return authorization (RA) number. Please note that returns will not be accepted without a valid RA number.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges:
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report any issues with your purchase. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Non-returnable items:
Some items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Health and personal care items
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
